Internet taxes

Read the justifications lawmakers are putting forth for trying to support taxing internet providers. If you've read Atlas Shrugged, or at least have a rational head on your shoulders, you'll see the depth of their misunderstanding when they make comments like:

"The tech sector, after getting clobbered, is really coming back now, and you're going to unravel the progress made in the last six months," says Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Ore., who co-sponsored the bill with Sen. George Allen, R-Va.

and

The bill "will force states into the red," says Raymond Scheppach, executive director of the National Governors Association.

Idiots.
